Woo Hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's final.  It's done.  We sold our house in California!  Woo hoo!  I can't even begin to tell you how exciting this day is.  In all honesty, I think today is more exciting than the day we bought it.  After what we have been through, we are so glad to get rid of it and the $250,000 "chain" hanging around our neck!


Thank you, thank you, thank you to Jeff Perez at First Team for all of his hard work!  It took 10 months and 5 or 6 offers (I lost track) before we could finally get the bank to cooperate.

Goodbye old house, you sheltered us well for 8 years but we have moved on (twice now) and we are over you!  May you find much happiness with your new owner!
